XRP Joins the S&P 500 Club: A New ETF Brings Crypto Mainstream
The Cyber Hornet ETF began trading on Nasdaq under ticker XXX on January 30, 2026. This fund holds about 75% of its assets in the S&P 500 and roughly 25% economic exposure to XRP.
It tracks the S&P 500 and S&P XRP 75/25 Blend Index with monthly rebalances, allowing it to hold XRP through a Cayman subsidiary. This structure is unusually simple compared to other ETFs.
The fund's official SEC prospectus states that it seeks to replicate the underlying blend index, which means an investor buying XXX is essentially purchasing a portfolio combining companies like Nvidia and Microsoft with a significant allocation to XRP.
