XRP Ledger Nears Activation of Batch V1.1 Upgrade

The XRP Ledger (XRPL) is one step away from activating Batch V1.1, a payments upgrade that enables users to group several related transactions into a single operation.

As of September 15, Batch V1.1 had support from 27 out of the 35 trusted validators, representing approximately 77% of the total.

This means only one additional validator vote is needed to push the proposal over the 80% threshold required for activation and start a two-week activation period.
