XRP Ledger Readies BatchV1_1 Protocol Amendment for September 29
The XRP Ledger (XRPL) is gearing up for its BatchV1_1 protocol amendment, set to activate on September 29. This upgrade requires sustained support from at least 80% of trusted validators for two consecutive weeks.
BatchV1_1 introduces a significant change by enabling the processing of multiple transactions as a single group, allowing accounts to bundle up to eight separate transactions into a batch submission.
This feature includes atomic execution, which ensures that either every transaction in a batch succeeds together or the entire group fails, preventing partial execution and potential problematic outcomes.
