XRP Ledger Sees 60% Surge in Transactions Per Ledger
The XRP Ledger network has seen significant growth in recent days, with one of its key throughput indicators rising by approximately 60% over a 24-hour period.
According to data from XRPScan, transactions per ledger reached around 128.4, compared to a 30-day average of 109.88.
This increase is notable because it exceeds the 30-day baseline by roughly 17%, indicating that the surge in activity is not solely an isolated intraday anomaly.
While higher transaction throughput does not necessarily translate into increased demand or price for XRP, sustained network expansion would strengthen the fundamental side of the market setup.
