XRP Ledger Sees Explosive Growth in New Accounts

The XRP Ledger has seen a significant surge in new account numbers, increasing by 535% to reach 2,900. This growth is accompanied by an increase in total transactions, which now stand at 2.4 million, and payments, which have risen to 1.2 million.

The value of assets being transferred on the network has also reached 704.2 million XRP. As a result, the transaction fees for XRP have increased as well.

Interestingly, despite this growth, the number of unique users who are regularly using the ledger has decreased to 140,000 over the same period.
