The XRP Ledger has seen significant improvements in stability following a recent upgrade. On September 17, David Schwartz's private hub node logged 501 active peers, nearing its two-week peak of 509 connections.

This milestone marks the activation phase for PermissionDelegationV1_1, which has been approved by 29 validators. The update aims to enhance security and improve the overall performance of the XRP Ledger.

The XRP Ledger has also seen a record transaction surge in a single ledger on September 14, processing 3,254 transactions according to validator operator Vet. This increase is attributed to larger transfers rather than broad user growth.
