XRP Ledger Set for September Upgrade with fixCleanup3_3_0 Amendment

A major upgrade to the XRP Ledger is scheduled for activation on September 11, if validator support remains above the required threshold. The fixCleanup3_3_0 amendment has gained 82.86% support, with 29 Yes votes out of 35, and currently holds this level of backing. This amendment uses a consensus process to approve changes that affect transaction processing, and is designed to strengthen several features across the network.

The fixCleanup3_3_0 amendment includes a collection of fixes for Single Asset Vaults, the Lending Protocol, Automated Market Makers, the permissioned DEX, Checks, and pseudo-accounts. These changes include adding further precision and rounding fixes for Single Asset Vaults and the Lending Protocol, as well as including Automated Market Maker liquidity in quality estimates for permissioned DEX order books.

The upgrade follows previous fix upgrades fixCleanup3_1_3 and fixCleanup3_2_0, which were activated on the XRPL mainnet in May and July, respectively. The activation timer began to tick after fixCleanup3_3_0 reached a majority support on August 28.
