XRP Ledger Sets New Transaction Record as ETF Inflows Surge Amid Regulatory Uncertainty
XRP's network set a new record for transactions processed in a single batch on September 13, reaching 3,254 transactions in just 3.8 seconds.
This milestone was achieved despite a sudden spike of 2,000 identical one-drop payments fired by bots, which the network absorbed without issue.
The XRP Ledger has proven its ability to handle unexpected loads, and this feat is particularly notable given that it was not an organic transaction wave, but rather an accidental load test.
Meanwhile, XRP ETFs pulled in a record-breaking $110.49 million in net inflows for the week ending August 28, with seven spot funds now holding around $1.57 billion in assets and custody approximately 1.118 billion XRP between them.
