XRP Ledger Surpasses 5 Billion Transactions

The XRP Ledger (XRPL) network has reached a major milestone by surpassing 5 billion transactions since its launch in 2012, marking over 14 years of growth. This achievement reflects increasing adoption driven by tokenization of real-world assets and a rising number of stablecoin holders, now totaling over 82,000.

XRPL's stablecoin market cap recently grew by nearly 7%, with a 30-day transfer volume exceeding $5 billion. The network also hit an all-time high of over 8.5 million accounts, signaling strong on-chain activity and expanding use cases supported by Ripple Labs and partnerships like Ripple Prime and Ripple Treasury.
