XRP Ledger Upgrade to Atomic Transfers Just One Vote Away

XRP Ledger is on the cusp of its next major upgrade, Batch V1.1, which will enable users to bundle up to eight transactions into a single operation.

This upgrade, one vote away from activation, would eliminate the risk of failed partial transfers by making all transactions atomic, either they succeed together or fail together.

RippleX, the developer arm of Ripple Labs, has addressed 11 critical bug fixes since an earlier version was withdrawn due to a security vulnerability.

The Batch V1.1 feature is currently supported by 27 out of 35 trusted validators, with a threshold of 80% needed for activation.
