A security incident has led to the XRP Ledger Wallet App being taken offline after 267,664 XRP were stolen.

XRP Healthcare, the company behind the XRPH Wallet app, removed the app as a precautionary measure following an unauthorized transaction on September 3, 2026. The affected wallets still exist on the XRP Ledger and users can independently check their balance and transaction history on-chain without using the XRPH Wallet app.

The incident involved 4,011 wallets being compromised, with approximately $452,000 in assets taken. According to xrpl.to, a total of 311,613 XRP went into NEAR Intents and were converted to Ethereum as 178.46 ETH within a minute of each deposit.
