XRP Ledger's v3.2.0 Rollout Hits Validator Key Failure

XRP Ledger's recent v3.2.0 software rollout has hit a snag due to a validator key failure.

A bug report filed on GitHub reveals that roughly 30% of nodes are running the new version, but it logs one validator key while still using another.

This issue occurs when an existing validator token is added to a live RPC node and then restarted on Ubuntu 22.04, a common sequence during routine migrations.

The defect has not caused any outages so far, but it can slow down trust between nodes in the network. A fix has been proposed, suggesting that the service logs should print the key used by the server or display both derived and active keys together.
