XRP on Verge of Breakout as Cardano Correction Continues
Crypto analyst Ali Martinez has shared technical levels for XRP and Cardano (ADA) that investors should monitor closely. According to Martinez, XRP is on the verge of a significant breakout in the short term, with the price potentially rising by approximately 10% if it closes above $1.54 on the hourly chart.
The analyst notes that XRP has developed a symmetrical triangle formation on the hourly chart, and the critical level to watch is $1.54. If XRP surpasses this level, an upward breakout from the formation could be confirmed, leading to the price potentially rising to the $1.70 region.
On the other hand, Cardano (ADA) presents a more cautious picture, with demand in the ADA futures market weakening and open interest size falling by 9% in the last week. Whales have also sold approximately 90 million ADA since September 20th, worth around $22.5 million.
Technical indicators suggest that Cardano's correction may not be complete yet, with a Tom DeMark Sequential sell signal generated on September 26th leading to a 10% price drop. According to Martinez, the $0.24 level is a critical mid-band support for Cardano, and if it falls below this level, the price could decline further towards the lower boundary of the channel, approximately $0.21.
