XRP Options Shift to Favor Bullish Bets After Price Rebound
XRP options have shifted to favoring calls after a sharp price rebound. The one-week 25-delta call-minus-put skew reached 9.3 volatility points, placing it in the 95th percentile.
This means traders are paying more for comparable calls than puts following XRP's 18% gain over seven days.
The change marks a shift from late 2025 and early 2026, when short-term XRP options favored downside protection. The skew briefly moved above 15 volatility points in late August before easing.
XRP has surged towards $1.55 after falling near $1.39, with traders now accepting higher prices for short-term upside exposure.
