XRP Price Action Hinges on Key Support Zones
XRP's price action has been closely watched by traders and investors as it teeters on the edge of a short-term bearish trend. According to recent analysis, three key zones are drawing attention: $1.24 to $1.26, where selling pressure is expected; $1.09 to $1.11, which overlaps with a macro 0.786 Fibonacci level and serves as a crucial support zone; and $0.86 to $0.94, which includes a macro 0.854 retracement level and represents deeper structural support.
If XRP fails to hold onto the $1.10 mark, attention shifts lower, and the price may test the next support zone at $0.86 to $0.94. On the upside, a rebound scenario remains possible, but it would require reclaiming $1.34, clearing $1.43 and $1.53 in sequence, and breaking through the key resistance zone of $1.63 to $1.65.
Momentum indicators are mixed, with the relative strength index (RSI) at 35.49, indicating weakening short-term momentum. However, this has not yet reached extreme levels seen during past sharp declines, suggesting there is room for the price to test lower support levels further until it produces signals similar to prior exhaustion phases.
