XRP Price Drops 10% to $1.28 Amid Broader Crypto Weakness
XRP's price has dropped by over 10% in a day to trade at $1.28, marking its largest one-day percentage loss since February 5. This decline has also reduced XRP's market capitalization to $80 billion or 3.34% of the total cryptocurrency market cap.
The token's price remains significantly lower than its all-time high of $3.65 set last July, down by 65%. Other major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum have also declined during this session, with Bitcoin trading at $75,500 and Ethereum at under $2,400.
Despite the significant decline in XRP's price, trading activity remains substantial, with over $80.46 billion in 24-hour volume. The current level of $1.28 is being closely watched as a potential stabilization point for the token.
