XRP Price Forecast Hinges on Key Support Band in October
XRP has been in a three-month winning streak, but its price forecast for October is uncertain. Since 2014, every time XRP had three consecutive months of gains, it was followed by a double-digit decline.
The current streak has produced a compounded three-month gain of around 50%. In July, August, and September, XRP rose 2.1%, 30%, and 13% respectively. Traders are watching the Evernorth merger vote on September 30 and an XRPL Batch amendment set to activate on September 29.
XRP ETFs have taken in about $1.71 billion in cumulative net inflows, with U.S. spot XRP ETFs holding around 1.18% of the total supply. The token's price is currently trading near $1.51, up 0.8% on the day.
The short-term XRP price forecast depends on whether the key support band at $1.47-$1.50 holds. A rebound analysis flagged token-unlock risk as a pressure point on that band. Below that, the 50-day and 200-day moving averages have converged near $1.37.
