XRP Price Hangs in the Balance at Crucial $1.06 Level
XRP's price has been stuck around $1.06 for days, causing traders to wait anxiously for a breakout in either direction.
Popular analyst Ali Martinez believes that this level is crucial, as a significant number of XRP holders have their cost basis exactly at this price. According to an UTXO Realized Price Distribution chart shared by Martinez, $1.06 is the single largest bar on the chart, indicating a massive concentration of supply acquired around the current price.
This makes $1.06 a psychologically and structurally important level, as many holders are at breakeven here and may sell to avoid a loss or buy more to average up. Martinez concludes that if XRP holds above $1.06, bulls can target $1.35 and then $1.64.
In contrast, Javon Marks is calling for a 3X rally from current levels based on a technical breakout. According to his chart, XRP has shown a clear breakout of a key resisting trend and prices are ready to enter an over 211% uphill run to and beyond the target of $3.50.
