XRP Price Rally Predicted at 1,444% as Egrag Analyzes Historical Bull Cycles
French crypto analyst Egrag has released their latest technical analysis on XRP, evaluating its price setup from two different perspectives. The analyst applied both arithmetic and geometric averaging to explain XRP's latest three bull runs from a mathematical standpoint.
Egrag emphasizes that this method is less speculative than relying solely on smoothed moving averages or Fib Retracement. 'No fantasy numbers. No random targets. Just Math,' the analyst says.
The historical price data shows that the three bull cycles produced 2,405%, 1,002%, and 1,250% rallies, respectively. This puts the cumulative arithmetic average at 1,552%, while the geometric mean is 1,444%. According to Egrag, this would hypothetically take XRP's price to roughly $13.
Egrag argues that the geometric mean is more precise than the cumulative arithmetic average because it accounts for compounding across cycles. The analyst notes that the geometric mean 'measures the average compounded multiplicative expansion across those three cycles,' and affirms, 'I am with the Geometric Mean.'
