XRP Rebounds Against BTC as Open Interest Surges Amid Ripple Partnerships
XRP has reversed its decline against BTC, bouncing back from oversold levels on the daily RSI. The token's open interest jumped 7% in the last 24 hours, with $2.52 billion now invested in XRP. This surge in capital inflows suggests traders are betting on XRP's recent developments and partnerships.
Ripple's University Digital Asset Xcelerator in Brazil is one such development, as part of its University Blockchain Research Initiative. The company also signed up as a launch partner for OpenUSD, a stablecoin that offers free minting and burning, along with revenue-sharing governance.
While the reversal does not guarantee a sustained rally, it suggests XRP may be regaining ground relative to Bitcoin. However, XRP is not yet out of the woods, given the bearish RSI reading of 35 on the Bitcoin daily chart.
