$XRP Rebounds but Bearish Structure Remains Until Key Level Clears
$XRP has seen a rebound in recent days after a decline caused by the U.S. Senate's failure to advance the CLARITY Act, which could have provided more regulatory clarity for digital assets.
The token fell to the $1.29-$1.30 range as sellers moved in, but since then, buyers have returned and pushed it back up to around $1.33, a 2.4% gain over the past 24 hours with trading volume above $2.48 billion.
A bearish Break of Structure (BoS) on the 4-hour chart was recorded after $XRP fell below the $1.3325 swing low and closed at $1.2951, taking it below the broken support and lower volatility band.
The key level that could invalidate the bearish setup is the EMA55 at $1.3726. A 4-hour close above this level would weaken the bearish case and remove the basis for the lower targets.
