Ripple has maintained that the failure of the CLARITY Act in the US Senate will not impact its business or the established legal position of XRP.

The company emphasized continued demand for XRP across various markets, including payments, stablecoins, and institutional finance.

In a statement, Ripple drew a distinction between the failed legislation and XRP's existing status as a digital commodity, citing its 2023 court victory and the 2026 joint interpretation from the SEC and CFTC.

Ripple said that despite the setback, its global footprint, customer relationships, and ability to expand remain unchanged.
