The September 2026 XRP rich list has been analyzed, revealing the number of XRP tokens required to rank among the top percentages of holders. To be among the top 1% of XRP holders, one would need approximately 44,237 XRP.

Other thresholds for ranking include around 2,100 XRP for the top 10%, 7,400 XRP for the top 5%, and 13,949 XRP for the top 3%. Additionally, about 21,628 XRP is needed to rank among the top 2%.

The analysis notes that wallet-based rankings do not directly represent individual holders, as people can control multiple addresses. This means larger wallets may belong to institutions, custodians, OTC desks or founders.
