XRP Soars on Whale Accumulation, Short Squeeze
XRP's price surge of 4.07% over the last 14 hours is part of a broader short-squeeze driven rally powered by whale accumulation, leveraged longs, and improving macro and regulatory sentiment.
On-chain and order-flow analyses show aggressive large-holder buying, with whales purchasing more than 300 million XRP in about 96 hours. This indicates accumulation rather than distribution by big players, as over 50% of sizeable buy orders came from large traders, with only a small minority from retail.
The surge in spot volume was roughly 130%, with spot nearing $3 billion and futures around $13 billion, one of XRP's strongest sessions in months. This confirms that the price move is backed by real trading activity, not just thin books.
