XRP, SOL ETF Demand Plummets as Weekly Inflows Decline by 94% and 97%
The demand for XRP and SOL ETFs has taken a significant hit in recent weeks. Although the spot XRP ETFs have maintained their positive net flow streak, the actual numbers are concerning, with a 94% decline in weekly net inflows. The week began with a promising $4 million in net inflows, but the trend quickly reversed, with two consecutive days of $0.00 in inflows. The week ended with $4.74 million in net inflows, but this came after a 94% decline from the previous week's $75.59 million.
The underlying asset, XRP, was rejected twice in the past week at $1.55 and dipped to $1.45 on Friday, but has since recovered some ground. Meanwhile, the Solana ETFs had their second-best week in terms of net inflows last week, but their five-day performance slumped by over 97% to $2.43 million. This was a surprising decline, given how the week started, with $188.22 million entering the funds.
