XRP Stuck in Consolidation Mode Despite $1.6B Institutional Inflows

Ripple's XRP token continues to see institutional money pouring in despite its struggling spot price. Over $1.6 billion has flowed into US-listed XRP exchange-traded funds (ETFs) since their launch, with a recent surge of $26.2 million in a single day. The XRP Ledger has processed over 3 billion transactions, and on-chain activity suggests a bullish trend.

However, the spot price remains stuck below its August highs, currently trading at $1.37. Broader macro pressures, including escalating US-Iran tensions and Fed rate-cut expectations, are draining risk appetite across the entire crypto complex. The 200-day exponential moving average has flipped from support to resistance, and the MACD indicator has slipped into negative territory.

The RSI is near neutral territory in the mid-50s to low-60s, indicating indecisive momentum. Support clusters around $1.32 to $1.35, reinforced by the 50-day and 100-day EMAs. On the upside, resistance stacks up at $1.60, $1.68, and $1.86.
