XRP Surges Above $1.60 as Network Activity Hits New High
XRP has pushed above $1.60 as network activity picked up, according to data from blockchain analytics firm Santiment.
The number of large transactions worth at least $100,000 reached its highest level in about a month, with 1,917 such transactions recorded by the firm.
This increase in whale transactions suggests that larger holders are active on the network, although it's unclear whether they're buying or selling.
The XRP Ledger has also seen growth, with thousands of new addresses added to the network and tokenized assets reaching around $4.26 billion in balance.
