XRP Whale Inflows Surge to 1.6 Billion on Binance
XRP whale inflows to Binance have surged to a significant level of around 1.6 billion XRP over the past 30 days, raising concerns about potential selling pressure.
This surge is the highest since March 2026 and marks a reversal from a months-long decline in deposits from large XRP wallets, according to CryptoQuant analyst Arab Chain's September 18 QuickTake.
However, the analyst noted that rising exchange inflows do not necessarily mean whales are preparing to sell. Instead, it could reflect trading, liquidity management, or wallet restructuring activities.
The reversal in whale inflows is significant, with deposits falling to around 736 million XRP in May, a four-year low, after reaching approximately 2.6 billion XRP in March.
