XRP Whales Pull Out Over $165 Million Amid Price Volatility
XRP whale transactions have seen significant activity on exchanges, pulling out over $165 million in XRP on September 11. This represents the largest intraday withdrawal figure since late February, with Binance leading the way at 85.4 million XRP or $115 million.
According to CryptoQuant data, the majority of these transactions came from Binance, accounting for nearly 70% of the total withdrawals. Other exchanges such as Bybit, OKX, and Upbit also saw significant outflows, with notable amounts pulled out from each platform.
The whale withdrawals have sparked interest in how this might impact XRP's price action. While the asset's price did see a sharp intraday upswing to $1.43 amid these withdrawals, it later pulled back to close the day at $1.35.
