XRP Whales Stock Up on $2.2 Billion Worth of Tokens, Eyeing $2 Price Target
Large wallet holders have accumulated approximately $2.2 billion worth of XRP over a four-day period, sparking renewed interest in the cryptocurrency's potential price movement. According to recent data, these whales bought about 1.54 billion tokens between September 16 and 19.
This significant purchase has pushed sentiment higher, but experts caution that large-holder behavior should not be taken as a guaranteed breakout. To target $2, XRP needs to hold support around the $1.45-$1.50 region and break through resistance near its latest highs.
Remittix, another payment-focused project, is gaining attention for its cross-border value proposition. The platform allows users to send over 50 digital assets and receive funds in more than 30 fiat currencies through supported bank rails.
While XRP provides public-market liquidity and an established payments brand, Remittix offers earlier positioning and a pre-launch PayFi position. RTX costs $0.21 during the current stage, with $0.23 identified as the next presale price, and the sale moving toward 90% completion.
