XRP's 42% Rally Still Offers Room to Run, Analysts Say
XRP's recent price surge of over 42% in two months has raised questions about whether it's too late to buy the cryptocurrency. The rally was triggered by a meeting between Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse and President Trump, which led to Trump calling for legislation to establish clear rules for U.S. cryptocurrency markets.
Despite the gains, XRP remains down 17% for 2026, making $1.53 a cheaper entry point than most early investors paid. The support level near $1.50 is being actively defended by buyers, while resistance at $1.70 has been reached but not broken through.
The recent rally has slowed down, with XRP up only about 10% in the past month compared to a remarkable 46% increase over the last three months. A drop below $1.50 could push XRP back towards $1.28, while a daily close above $1.70 could reignite the rally.
