Yorkville America Acquires Firm for Broader Product Range
Yorkville America, the asset manager behind President Donald Trump's Truth Social exchange-traded funds (ETFs), is close to completing an acquisition aimed at broadening its product range. The deal will serve as a cornerstone of Yorkville's growth strategy as it widens its focus beyond the America First-themed ETFs managed under the Truth Social label.
The transaction, expected to close in September, involves acquiring an institutional asset management firm that primarily has been in the separately managed accounts business, according to CEO Steve Neamtz. Separately managed accounts are customized portfolios for individual investors.
The company recently launched the MANGOS Plus Index ETF on the New York Stock Exchange and its new NYSE Texas division. This fund tracks stocks tied to artificial intelligence development and will use perpetual futures contracts to gain exposure to pre-IPO companies Anthropic and OpenAI.
Yorkville has also filed to launch about a dozen more ETFs in the coming months, spanning the digital economy and macro-strategy products. The firm has pushed further into digital assets, filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission to launch a Truth Social Bitcoin and Ether ETF, along with a Cronos Yield Maximizer ETF.
