Yorkville America Equities Acquires America First ETF
The Truth Social America First ETF has been rebranded and relaunched as part of Yorkville America Equities' expansion into the America First investing space. The fund, previously known as the Point Bridge America First ETF, was acquired by Yorkville on July 27, 2026, and will continue to be managed by Hal Lambert under a sub-advisory agreement with Point Bridge Capital.
The reorganized fund uses a rules-based screen to identify U.S.-listed companies whose employees and PACs have historically favored Republican candidates. The management style is index-tracking, meaning the selection process is systematic rather than discretionary. The fund's new ticker symbol is MAGA, and it has an expense ratio of 0.72%.
The acquisition marks a significant expansion for Yorkville America Equities, which now operates a family of seven ETFs, including the Truth Social God Bless America ETF (YALL). Steve Neamtz, President of Yorkville America Equities, framed the deal as a shared philosophy rather than purely financial strategy. 'Hal Lambert and the Point Bridge Capital organization have been pioneers in America First investing since 2017,' he said.
Lambert echoed that framing, stating, 'Yorkville America has built the most comprehensive America First investment platform in the market.'
