Yuma, a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group (DCG), has reached $200 million in staked assets to support AI infrastructure on the Bittensor network. This milestone makes Yuma the largest owned-hardware validator on Bittensor less than two years after its founding.

In 2026, Yuma signed agreements with major digital asset exchanges like Bitget, MEXC, and Crypto.com. The latter serves 150 million users and distributes into 170 countries.

The company's Chief Revenue Officer, Evan Malanga, said that 'Yuma exists to accelerate Bittensor's growth' and that the company is seeing results at scale. This includes enabling TAO staking for hundreds of millions of users, backing teams with major enterprise partners, and demand for a third institutional ecosystem fund.

Yuma Asset Management launched its third investment vehicle, the Yuma Total Market Fund, which provides institutional and accredited investors exposure to TAO and the Bittensor network's ecosystem of 120+ AI projects. The fund secured seed capital from a new anchor investor.
