Zano's Blockchain Rollback Leaves Out Unauthorized Tokens
Zano, a cryptocurrency project, has rolled back its blockchain to remove unauthorized tokens created through a flaw in its Gateway Address feature.
The rollback restarts the chain from around a month ago, leaving out roughly a month of transactions, including ordinary payments made during that period.
Users whose wallet keys and normal transaction privacy were not affected will need to check their past transfers and update their software, while services must also review their records.
MEXC has suspended deposits and withdrawals for ZANO and FUSD during the move and is preparing a reimbursement process without issuing extra ZANO tokens.
