Zcash ETF Sees First Week of Net Outflows with $93.6 Million Withdrawal
The Zcash ETF has experienced significant outflows in its first week of net withdrawals since launching in August. Investors withdrew $93.6 million, a stark reversal from just two weeks earlier when it attracted $98.2 million.
ZEC's price fell towards $1,300, down about 17.5% since the start of the week and roughly 23% from its recent peak near $1,690.
The fund has recorded no daily net inflows since September 22, suggesting ETF investors have been reluctant to buy the dip. Continued withdrawals could put further pressure on ZEC's price, although they do not explain the entire decline.
