Zcash ETF Surpasses $915 Million in Assets Amid Coin's Price Surge

The Zcash ETF (ZCSH +2.56%) has quickly surpassed $915 million in assets since its listing on Aug. 25, according to a regulatory filing.

This significant growth is largely due to Zcash itself rising dramatically; the coin is up 203% so far this year.

The ETF's issuer, Grayscale, contributed about $100 million and outside investors added around $70 million in net inflows over the ETF's first couple of weeks.

The fund currently holds 596,269 ZEC, which is nearly 3.5% of the coin's circulating supply.
