Zcash's price has fallen sharply after a two-month rise of about 75%. The token dropped by around 8.5% in a September 28 snapshot.
The open interest on OKX, one venue, declined by 13.5% over 24 hours, indicating that leveraged positions were closed as the market turned.
A September 28 network snapshot showed about 4.9 million ZEC, or 28.9% of supply, in shielded pools.
