Zcash Price Rockets Past $1,000 Amid ETF Frenzy and Rising Network Activity
Grayscale's Zcash ETF (ZCSH) has attracted significant attention and investment since its launch on NYSE Arca on August 25. The fund holds ZEC, the native cryptocurrency of the privacy-focused network, and issues shares representing beneficial interests.
The Zcash price has surged past $1,000, up around 94% over the last 30 days, with its market value nearing $17 billion. This rally is attributed to strong ETF inflows, short liquidations, and rising network activity.
Technical analyst Alejandro Arrieche points out that an ascending triangle pattern has been developing since March, with a measured move placing a long-term target near $2,500. However, the RSI has entered overbought territory, raising concerns about a near-term pullback.
