Zcash (ZEC) rose more than 7% in the last 24 hours as its holders voted to keep halvings and cut block times from 75 seconds to 25. The move outpaced Bitcoin (BTC), which lost over 1% during the same period.

The Zcash token's price traded around $75,804 at the time of writing, while BTC slipped below the $2.7 trillion market capitalization mark after the CLARITY Act stalled in Washington on Tuesday.

Zcash Labs announced a funding agreement with Ledger to integrate the Ironwood shielded pool into its hardware wallets for $80,000. The deal has no bearing on the community grant or review process, according to Zcash Labs.
