zerohash Joins Tempo as Validator to Boost Stablecoin Payments
zerohash, a leading onchain infrastructure platform for financial institutions, has announced its integration with Tempo, a blockchain designed for stablecoin payments at scale. The company has also been granted a validator seat on Tempo’s network, making zerohash the first pure infrastructure provider to hold such a position. The announcement was made at TOKEN2049, a major global crypto conference.
zerohash’s infrastructure already supports stablecoin-enabled money movement for a wide range of partners, including Visa Direct, Marqeta, Gusto, Kalshi, Worldpay, and Félix Pago. The company’s platform handles the complexity of connecting to networks like Tempo, providing cross-chain and cross-asset interoperability across over 100 assets and 35 chains. It also manages liquidity, compliance, custody, and settlement infrastructure, allowing partners to focus on user experience.
Mark Daly, Chief Business Officer at zerohash, highlighted that Tempo’s fast, predictable, and onchain velocity aligns with the needs of zerohash’s partners. The validator seat strengthens zerohash’s role in securing the network and bringing reliability to its institutional clients. Dan Romero, Chief Business Officer at Tempo, noted that zerohash’s involvement as a validator enhances Tempo’s capabilities for businesses moving money with stablecoins.
The integration and validator seat are expected to unlock new product innovations and use cases across zerohash’s partner network, enabling stablecoin-powered offerings for customers.
