Zhao Pledges Support for Struggling Crypto Exchange Bitget

Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao has offered support to cryptocurrency exchange Bitget after it was hit by an incident.

According to a recent statement, Binance and the BNB Chain ecosystem are prepared to provide assistance where they can help. However, specific measures or the scale of any assistance were not disclosed.

Bitget has already raised its estimated losses from the incident to $387.5 million and has introduced a bounty program to recover assets. The exchange is now preparing to resume user withdrawals.
