The US dollar closed trading on July 30 at $159.30, up by 21 cents from the previous day's rate, according to the Bank of Jamaica.

This means that the Canadian dollar traded at $114.21, a $2.87 increase from its previous value of $111.34, while the British pound ended the day at $212.85, up by just 52 cents from $212.33.
