The 27th edition of Art Toronto is set to take place from October 29 to November 1, 2026, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. This year’s event will feature over 100 galleries, installations, project spaces, and cultural institutions from around the world, showcasing a diverse range of contemporary and historic art.
The exhibitor lineup includes a mix of established galleries, emerging spaces, and nonprofit organizations. Toronto and Montréal have a strong presence, with additional galleries from cities like Vancouver, Calgary, New York, London, Amsterdam, Paris, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Lima, and Bogotá. The fair is organized into several sections, including Main, Verge, Solo, Arts & Cultural Institutions, Project Spaces, and Discover, presented by Royal Bank of Canada (RBC).
Verge highlights galleries operating for less than a decade, while Solo features presentations dedicated to individual artists. The Arts & Cultural Institutions section brings museums and nonprofit organizations into the fair, offering a broader view of the contemporary art landscape. Arte Sur, a section highlighting artists and galleries from Mexico, Central America, and South America, returns for its second edition.
Art Toronto extends beyond gallery booths with talks, special events, and guided tours led by artists, curators, collectors, and art advisors. The Platform Talks series will bring together voices from the Canadian and international art worlds, with the 2026 talks lineup to be announced in early fall. Opening Night on October 29 benefits the McMichael Canadian Art Collection, offering an early look at the fair.
