AUD/IDR Plummets 5% Amid Technical Pressure and Mixed Momentum
The Australian Dollar (AUD) against the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) has seen a significant decline, falling by nearly 5% in recent trading. This downturn can be attributed to sustained technical pressure and mixed momentum signals.
According to Traders Union, the AUD/IDR pair is currently trading below all major moving averages, indicating a strong downward trend across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons.
The analysis suggests that despite the downward price action, several momentum indicators remain overbought or bullish. The expected five-day range for the AUD/IDR is Rp11,888 to Rp12,765, with a 74% probability of an upward move near current levels.
