AUD/USD Surges on RBA Rate Hike Signals

The Australian dollar (AUD/USD) has rebounded above 0.71 following signals from the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) that further rate hikes are on the horizon.

Persistent inflation risks remain a concern, prompting expectations for additional tightening of monetary policy.

A softer US dollar and lower Treasury yields have also supported the Australian dollar's recovery.

The pair is currently testing short-term resistance near 0.7115-0.7120 after rebounding from intraday lows.
