The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has released its updated currency exchange rates for September 23. The US dollar remains unchanged at 1.7000 manats, while the euro decreased by 0.4% to 1.9425 manats.
100 Russian rubles fell by 0.8% to 2.0166 manats. This is according to the official exchange rates published by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
