B2Gold Corp Sees Royal Bank of Canada Sell Nearly Half Its Stake

Royal Bank of Canada reduced its stake in B2Gold Corp by 89.1% during the first quarter, according to its most recent 13F filing with the SEC.

The fund owned 559,908 shares of the basic materials company's stock after selling 4,584,625 shares during the quarter.

Royal Bank of Canada's holdings in B2Gold were worth $2,538,000 at the end of the most recent reporting period.

Other hedge funds also modified their stakes in BTG. Pale Fire Capital SE grew its stake by 77.4% during the first quarter and now owns 69,740,133 shares valued at $315,923,000.
