Bank of America has released its latest forecast for the EUR/USD exchange rate, predicting it will reach 1.15 by the end of 2026 and 1.20 by the end of 2027.

The bank's outlook also suggests that the US dollar will remain stable against most G10 currencies, excluding the Japanese yen, before experiencing modest depreciation in 2027.

This forecast is slightly more optimistic than the median prediction from Bloomberg, which sees the EUR/USD rate at 1.17 by the end of 2026 and 1.19 by the end of 2027.
