Bank of England Appoints New Members to Enforcement Committee

Congratulatory comments came from David Roberts, Chair of the Court of the Bank of England: “I am delighted to welcome Carlos Conceicao and Alexander Justham to the Enforcement Decision Making Committee,” he said. “Carlos will bring significant experience of the regulatory and enforcement processes from both a legal and regulatory background…Alexander will provide the EDMC with the practitioner experience and perspective that is so important to understanding complex cases.”
Career highlights for Conceicao include leading Clifford Chance LLP's global regulatory disputes and investigations practice, while Justham has held roles such as CEO of the London Stock Exchange.
